Seeking: Female

Hobbies: Drawing, writing poems, reading, I workout, play soccer, basketball, handball, volleyball, run. I listen to all kinds of different music.

Dreams and/or Wishes: To become rich so I can help out people who've lived my life. Start some programs to get kids off the streets. To become a mighty and powerful man of God. To one day start a family with a beautiful wife and kids. Travel the world.   I wish I was home. I wish there was some way I could change the world. I wish I could go back in time, knowing the knowledge I have now. I wish I could talk to God face-to-face. I wish I can go to college some day. I wish to see my dad one day.

A bit about yourself you'd like the pen pals to know: I'm Mexican, I'm originally from the Bay Area. I'm a Christian. My favorite scripture is "Jeremiah 29:11-14"   I've been locked up since I was 17 years old. I got charged for something I didn't do. There some people outside the walls who are working on my release through the proper channels of the court system. Thank God!  Daniel is 25 years old, a Christian, his release date is 2011.   He is looking for a female around his age to write to, for friendship.

Salvation

I heard a knock at my door

I hit the floor

Who could it be?

I’m forced to peep the scene

Demons are fleeing

And I see the son of man

With a hole in each of his hands

Spreading them wide

Saying let me inside

So I decide, who could this be?

Speaking with such authority

I let him inside

Scales fell from my eyes

He told me its time to ride

To the other side

Let me up on game

Taught me the same

As his father taught him the game

Let me know that I’m his brother

And his father is my father

And we will be spending eternity together

Now I’m a son of the Most high God.

Listen Up

You wanted in the Dope Game

But I wouldn’t open the Gates

Trying to keep you far away from the streets

but you were persistent as a young adolescent

trying to fill my shoes

now I’m reaching out to you

from behind these bars

concrete walls

razor sharp fences and walking graveyards

I’m just another fallen star

but I’ve seen things I’ve never seen before

I’ve seen the way, the truth and the light

Now I’m on the highway to Heaven

Paved by my Lord and savior Jesus Christ

Who laid his life down for you, me, and everybody

I’m telling my homies, loved ones and enemies

Your on the freeway to Hell

But you don’t hear me.

Dedicated to my little brother Joshua Contreras
